Frequently Asked Questions
Redline Central's team accepts AutoCAD, Revit, or SolidWorks projects. If you've got an alternative request (Civil 3D, CADMEP, CATIA, etc.), please reach out to us directly!
Redline Central charges a flat $60/hour fee for all projects. Naturally, the duration will differ, depending on the project's complexity.
Expect an estimate within 48 hours. If your project is critically urgent, please let us know, and we'll accommodate you!
Redline Central's design and management team is based out of Richland, WA.
Absolutely - projects that are greater in scope than just redlines or markups follow the same process, using the Project Central portal for back-and-forth communication and file exchange. Large-scale projects may also qualify for bulk discounts.
Your drawings and markups are used only to complete your requested updates. Once your deliverables are issued, your files are not stored, shared, or reused in any way.
Never. Your information, drawings, and project details are not accessible to any third parties and are handled solely by ARY Engineering’s internal team.
All files are transmitted through encrypted connections and stored on secure US-based servers until your project is complete. You can also request immediate deletion at any time — though data is automatically cleared once delivery is finalized.
